Dear Pulse Readers,
Can you believe this is our first-ever beauty edition of The Pulse? We can’t either.
As an agency with a long roster of blue-chip beauty clients – and beauty obsessed staffers – it feels appropriate that we should dedicate an entire issue to the beauty trends, activations, creators, and the $571B global beauty industry at large.
As an international creative marketing agency, we’re endlessly fascinated by notions of beauty from individual to individual, and from culture to culture – from make-up and fragrance loving EMEA, to skincare-inspired APAC, and everything in between.
We believe beauty is and should be about feeling confident, empowered, and comfortable in your own skin. Whether you’re going full glam, have a 15-step skin care routine, or consistently cancel plans to take a long bath, beauty is really for everyone – and taking some time to pamper yourself can do wonders for your mental and physical well-being.
Read on to hear our thoughts on the industry and everything we’re loving in beauty marketing right now – from manicures to La Mer.
Stay inspired.

The scent of “white tea” mixing musk, thyme, oregano, rose, jasmine and lemon is sprayed in volcanic rocks allowing it to maintain the smell longer. | We're always listening to long time Music PR client AJ McLean, but the man himself is a chameleon. Moving from genre to genre as seamlessly as he moves in the fashion and beauty space. @AvaDean – his new beauty line – started as a limited edition nail polish with just 3 colors and has now expanded to include 30+ colors, as well as lotions and scrubs. All of the products are vegan, 10-free & cruelty free because they know we 'want it that way...' ➔ | |
