Dear Pulse Readers,

Today’s consumers are famously hard to pin down. Loyal one day, distracted by the next shiny campaign the next. They’re surrounded by options, algorithms, and noise–free to swipe past brands that don’t spark something real. It becomes clear: attention is earned. Brands have to court. They have to listen.
