BMF is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our Public Relations division. This is a key role for a highly motivated and strategic communications professional who can support a portfolio of high-profile lifestyle and consumer brands, driving day-to-day execution while contributing to a broader integrated communications strategy.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in media relations, influencer engagement, and brand partnerships, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, contribute to culturally relevant storytelling, and support senior leadership across accounts operating at the intersection of lifestyle, wellness, and consumer culture.
This individual will initially support accounts including solidcore, David’s Bridal, Spanx, and others.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of integrated communications strategies across earned media, influencer engagement, and brand partnerships.
• Drive day-to-day media relations efforts, including drafting pitches, securing coverage, and managing press outreach.
• Assist in shaping compelling brand narratives and media storylines that position clients within relevant cultural and editorial conversations.
• Build and maintain relationships with editors, journalists, and media across lifestyle, consumer, and business outlets.
• Identify and support opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with talent, creators, and like-minded brands.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring strong execution across deliverables and timelines.

Qualifications
• 5–8 years of experience in public relations or integrated communications, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven experience supporting media relations programs for lifestyle, consumer, wellness, or culturally driven brands.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape with emerging relationships across national, lifestyle, and digital outlets.
• Experience executing integrated campaigns across earned media, influencer, and partnerships.
• Working knowledge of the creator economy and influencer landscape.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative team player with emerging leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior staff.
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. -
Does this sound like you? Our growing and dynamic creative team is looking for a talented Art Director with experience in experiential marketing and events sectors. You have the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and work hand-in-hand with designers, associate creative director, and the creative director.
What a day in the life will look like: You will be responsible for the development and execution of creative concepts and ideas for a wide variety of events and brand activations:
• Participate in brainstorm and development of concepts for best-in-class experiences, client calls, site visits, event setup and onsite creative needs.
• Generate floor plans, mood boards, renderings, collateral grids and graphic assets for events.
• Assist Creative Director and manage senior and experiential designers with design updates, production graphics, research and admin tasks.
• Work with fellow creative, production, and marketing team members to ensure strategic designs that clearly address clients’ business needs.
• Develop templates and presentations for client work.
• Use your persuasive presentation abilities to engage clients and internal leadership across all project and internal work.
• Mange the day to day workflow of your direct reports and assure client deliverables are being met and achieved on-time with excellent executional standards.
What you need to succeed at BMF: You must be (a/an)
• 4+ Years of experience working on a creative team.
• Enthusiastic self-starter with an in-depth knowledge of design principles and techniques.
• Good communicator within all levels of organization.
• Highly organized, flexible, and resourceful.

• Capable of maintaining high standards under pressure and tight deadlines.

Other Requirements:
• Agency experience of 3+yrs in a manger role is preferred.
• BFA/BA.
• Strong graphic and typographic design skills.
• 3D / 2D professional skillsets are required, experience in development of virtual events, IRL activations and packaging design is highly recommended.
• Adobe CC: Photoshop Illustrator, InDesign, 3D and Photoshop renderings are key; SketchUp or other 3D software. Proficiency in KEYNOTE
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of print production.
• Drawing, sketching, and fine art skills a plus.

This person has lived on both the agency and brand sides of the table, which means they understand the client’s business as well as they understand a creative brief — and they can write the strategy and then execute the idea. They are the kind of leader clients fall in love with: trusted, hands-on, and magnetic enough to inspire new business simply by doing the work well. This role requires someone who can drive day-to-day business while mentoring teams, managing senior client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities across accounts. This is a full-time role based out of our New York office.

You must have…

The salary range for this role is $200,000–$220,000 and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.

Account & Project Leadership
• Own, lead, direct, and manage integrated account/project teams in effectively overseeing the execution of all vertical client initiatives from inception through completion, while also ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Own significant milestone client presentations, showcasing functional experts to sell; sign off on final plans
• Ability to project manage and provide proactive communication with all internal key leadership stakeholders from start to completion of a client-service program
Team & Practice Leadership
• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing integrated teams across communications, experiential, partnerships, social, and marketing disciplines.

• Partner with agency leadership to define long-term practice growth, talent strategy, and organizational structure.
• Own the full commercial rhythm of the practice — SOWs, change orders, LOIs, annual budgets, billing, financial forecasting, and resourcing decisions — ensuring healthy P&L at both the client and agency level.
• Determine staffing needs across the client services and extended teams, managing bandwidth proactively to protect delivery quality and team health.
You must have…
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience within communications, PR, integrated marketing, or brand consultancy environments.
• Significant experience across both agency and in-house leadership roles — you have served the client and you have been the client.
• Deep expertise supporting luxury hotel groups, resorts, travel brands, airlines, destinations, and hospitality portfolios.
• Established reputation as a communications and PR industry leader within the luxury travel and hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated success generating substantial new business and growing client portfolios at scale.
• Extensive network of senior relationships across hospitality, travel, media, luxury lifestyle, and cultural industries.
• Proven ability to operate as both visionary strategist and hands-on executor — comfortable in the boardroom and in the work.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing multimillion-pound client portfolios and driving profitable growth.
