    Our growing and dynamic Production team is looking for an experienced Sr. Producer who will be responsible for leading the production of high-profile experiential projects of significant scale and complexity, while also providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership across the team.

    As a Sr. Producer at BMF, you bring deep experience producing a wide range of complex events and experiential programs, with a strong ability to lead both the work and the people behind it. You are highly organized, strategic, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure. You know how to see the big picture, while also driving the details that ensure a project is delivered at the highest level.

    You are a trusted senior lead across internal teams and client groups, with the ability to guide projects from early planning through final execution and reconciliation. You bring a strong command of budgeting, staffing, production operations, logistics, and vendor management, along with the judgment to identify risks early, make sound recommendations, and drive teams toward solutions.

    You are confident in managing large-scale budgets, leading multiple workstreams, mentoring more junior producers and coordinators, and serving as a senior production voice in cross-functional planning. You understand how to balance creative ambition with operational reality, and you help elevate both the quality of the work and the strength of the team around you.

    You are comfortable leading programs and portfolios with budgets ranging from approximately $500K to $1.5MM+, with the ability to oversee multiple high-value projects simultaneously across multiple regions and categories.

    What a day in the life will look like:

    Production:

    • Lead all phases of production across large-scale, high-profile, and complex experiential programs, including pre-production, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up

    • Own multiple concurrent projects and/or major workstreams from kickoff through final reconciliation

    • Build and oversee comprehensive project timelines, workback schedules, staffing plans, production plans, and key milestone calendars to support seamless execution

    • Create, manage, and oversee complex project budgets from initial estimate through final reconciliation, with a strong focus on profitability, financial accuracy, and cost control

    • Serve as a senior production lead in client conversations, clearly communicating recommendations, feasibility considerations, timing implications, and budget impact

    • Partner closely with Client Services, Creative, and Strategy teams to shape programs that are operationally sound, financially viable, and aligned to the client vision

    • Lead venue research, site visits, permitting, and complex logistical planning across multiple project components

    • Source, negotiate, and manage high-level vendor partners including venues, catering, fabrication, print, audiovisual, lighting, décor, furniture, photography, staffing, and specialty technical partners

    • Oversee production documentation including run-of-show, staffing plans, vendor grids, floorplans, contingency plans, and onsite management materials

    • Anticipate project risks early and proactively escalate concerns related to budget, scope, timeline, staffing, or execution

    • Drive strong communication and alignment across internal teams to ensure projects are set up for success from the outset

    • Support new business, pitches, and strategic planning conversations as needed, providing senior production POV on feasibility, budgeting, and execution approach

    Leadership / Team Management:

    • Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Producers, Associate Producers, Coordinators, and freelance team members

    • Help delegate work appropriately across project teams, ensuring resources are being used effectively and junior team members are set up for success

    • Review and elevate key production deliverables created by more junior team members, ensuring consistency, quality, and accuracy

    • Share institutional knowledge, best practices, and process discipline across the Production team

    • Act as a senior escalation point for project challenges, helping teams navigate pressure, shifting priorities, and operational complexity

    • Support leadership in identifying staffing needs, freelancer support, and team development opportunities


    What you need to succeed at BMF:

    You must have:

    • 7–10+ years of relevant experience in events or experiential marketing on the agency, client, and/or vendor side

    • 5–8+ years of experience in a Producer or Sr. Producer role within an agency environment

    • Proven ability to independently lead large-scale, high-complexity experiential programs with strong strategic, operational, and financial ownership

    • Experience managing budgets in the $500K to $1.5MM+ range

    • Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, vendor negotiation, staffing, and onsite execution

    • Proven ability to lead multiple projects and workstreams at once while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail

    • Strong leadership presence and experience mentoring or overseeing more junior team members

    • Ability to navigate shifting priorities, evolving scopes, and compressed timelines with sound judgment and calm under pressure

    • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with senior clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners

    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Keynote

    • Bachelor’s degree required

    Preferred to have:

    • Fluency in Portuguese

    • Automotive event experience

    Our growing and dynamic Production team is looking for an experienced Producer who will be responsible for leading the production of experiential projects of moderate to high complexity.

You are highly organized, solutions-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once. You can see the big picture while staying close to the details that keep a project on track.

    You work effectively across Account, Creative, and Strategy teams to ensure programs are logistically sound, financially viable, and executed to a high standard. You bring strong budgeting skills, time management, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

    You  are confident in leading project teams and managing budgets ranging from approximately $250K to $700K+, with the ability to oversee multiple programs at once.

    What a day in the life will look like:

    Production: 

    • Oversee all phases of production, including pre-production, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up

    • Lead multiple concurrent projects from kickoff through final reconciliation

    • Build and manage project timelines, workback schedules, and key milestone plans to support successful execution

    • Create, track, and manage project budgets from initial estimate through reconciliation, with a focus on profitability and cost control

    • Partner closely with Client Services teams on client communication, deliverables, and project status

    • Support venue research, site visits, permitting, and detailed logistical planning

    • Source, negotiate, and manage high-quality vendors including venues, catering, furniture, décor, fabrication, print, audiovisual, lighting, photography, and staffing

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including Talent and Influencer, when applicable, to support talent booking logistics and rider fulfillment

    • Work closely with Creative and Client Services to ensure the client vision and guest experience are fully realized

    • Develop production documents including staffing plans, run-of-show, vendor grids, and contingency plans

    • Identify potential risks early and escalate budget, timing, or operational concerns as needed

    • Comfortable communicating production recommendations, timing implications, and budget impacts to clients and internal stakeholders

    What you need to succeed at BMF: 

    You must have: 

    • 4–7 years of relevant experience in events or experiential marketing on the agency, client, and/or vendor side

    • 3–6 years of experience in a Producer role within an agency environment

    • Proven ability to lead projects of moderate to high complexity with strong executional ownership

    • Experience managing budgets in the $250K to $700K+ range

    • Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, staffing, and onsite execution

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

    • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, evolving scopes, and tight turnaround timelines

    • Strong communication skills and comfort working across internal teams and client groups

    • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

    Our growing and dynamic Production team is looking for a highly organized and motivated Production Coordinator who will support the planning and execution of experiential projects across a wide range of clients and program types.


    Does this sound like you?

    As a Production Coordinator at BMF, you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within experiential production. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy keeping teams and information organized, and take pride in making sure the details are covered.

    You are a strong communicator, a reliable team player, and someone who approaches projects with curiosity, accountability, and a solutions-oriented mindset. You are comfortable supporting multiple projects at once and helping keep timelines, documents, logistics, and vendor coordination on track.

    You are excited to learn the full production process and contribute to high-quality work while building the foundational skills needed to grow into a larger production role over time.

    Provide event support to producer:

    • Support Producers and Sr. Producers across all phases of production, including pre-production, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up

    • Assist with project timelines, workback schedules, status trackers, and key production documents

    • Help manage day-to-day logistics including shipping, staffing coordination, travel tracking, inventory, and onsite needs

    • Support venue research, vendor outreach, quote gathering, and comparative bid analysis

    • Assist with building and maintaining production documents including contact lists, call sheets, run-of-show drafts, vendor grids, and staffing schedules, along with other administrative duties.

    • Help track project budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliation support materials

    • Coordinate with internal teams including Client Services, Creative, Strategy, Talent, and Influencer to support project needs

    • Support onsite production needs including setup logistics, staff management support, guest experience details, and troubleshooting as needed

    • Maintain organized files, folders, and project records to ensure teams have access to current information

    • Flag timeline, budget, or operational issues to more senior team members as they arise

    • Draft activation and recap decks. (some of these skills will be developed during the role)


    What you need to succeed at BMF:

    You must have:

    • 1–3 years of relevant experience in events, experiential marketing, hospitality, live events, or production support roles

    • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to learn

    • Comfort working across teams and supporting multiple stakeholders

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Keynote

    • A Bachelor’s degree.


    Preferred to have:

    • Internship or agency experience in events or experiential marketing

    • Familiarity with budgeting tools, production paperwork, and vendor coordination

    • Automotive event experience
