OVERVIEW
A key global market, Japan continues to be a major priority for many brands. However, navigating significant cultural differences, highly evolved industry ecosystems, and challenging language barriers can often be the cause for breakdowns on project collaborations with Western brands. BMF benefits from years of trusted relationships with local fixers, vendors, talent, KOLs, and other key partners to ensure smooth, clear, headache-free delivery of all our Japanese activations.
Highlights
Starting with introducing Moxy Hotels to Japan, BMF designed and hosted a Coming Out Party for the new Moxy Tokyo to showcase the property as the newest, trendiest hotel in town, with 350+ guests in attendance, including celebrities, influencers and Tokyo’s ‘it’ crowd.
A year later, BMF launched Amazon Fashion’s The Drop in Tokyo, creating a behind the scenes content journey for followers to get an inside look at local fashion influencer Emi Suzuki’s collection. Social content gave followers something to watch throughout the launch party, while engaging them to go shop the collection.
Recently, BMF created an out-of-this-world activation in the heart of Tokyo to celebrate the release of Coldplay’s new album Music Of The Spheres on Amazon Music.
