OBJECTIVE

Provide Visa’s most important client’s with an unforgettable Super Bowl weekend experience that illustrates the value of the Visa brand while supporting Visa’s top executives in maintaining Client relationships.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

In continuation of Visa’s multi-year brand evolution, BMF designed and concepted a hospitality lounge and a series of activities for Visa’s Client Hospitality Program during Super Bowl weekend using Visa’s Road to Everywhere as a thematic touchpoint. Hosted at the stunning Scott Resort and Spa in Scottsdale Arizona, BMF served as Visa’s creative production partner in hosting 40 of their most important clients and their guests for the weekend.

Visa’s Watering Hole
BMF designed a Saloon style lounge which served as home base. The lounge’s hero moment was a 15 foot custom 360 bar built into the center of the Scott Resort’s ballroom. To entertain guests, it consisted of branded games throughout with Pool table, a custom built dart board, and a shuffle board. A custom scenic wall with a grid of cowboy hats transformed a drab airwall.

The Kick Off Before Kick Off
The weekend kicked off with a reception revealing the lounge to guests for the first time. Oliver Jenkyn, Visa’s President of North America, started with welcome remarks and introduced guests to NFL athletes Brock Purdy and Julian Edelman. Everyone was able to pose with the Vince Lombardi trophy and get their own football signed by the athletes.

Dining in the Desert
BMF chose Scottsdale’s captivating  Desert Botanical Garden for their annual Super Bowl Eve dinner. Guests were able to get competitive with another group of NFL athletes in a culinary challenge hosted by renowned chef Hugh Acheson before they sat down to a dinner with live music and enchanting surroundings.

Pre-Game Prep
Visa’s Client program guests started Game Day with a chalk talk panel with NFL Athletes Cooper Kupp and George Kittle as they grabbed a bite, shopped team merch, and adorned their faces with their team spirit by professional makeup artists. Guests left the day with one on one photos and a signed mini football.
