TIME sought a full-service production company with experience in developing high-end conferences to provide a strategic approach to the summit’s programming architecture, creative approach and superior production.
About the Project
BMF collaborated with TIME and brand partners to ideate and execute the first annual summit experience to coincide with the TIME 100 most influential people announcement and gala —a unique experience that mirrored the program’s themes centered around the concept of “changemakers”. Attendees were transported into the world of TIME 100 as they entered into the “ChangeMakers Row” Tunnel — the walls of the tunnel were lined with glowing covers of the TIME 100 past and current. Attendees convened into the main space to experience a full day of thought-leadership programming, kicking off with a performance by Yo-Yo Ma and culminating with a panel discussion with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
The TIME 100 Summit spotlighted the outstanding progress these individuals are making and encouraged cross-disciplinary collaboration toward a better world. Furthermore, the summit inspired and provided aspirational guests with actionable next steps for them to exercise their influence on changing the world.
