OBJECTIVE
Produce and design Creative Artists Agency’s annual Pre-Oscar’s party for 700 of their top agents and clients. BMF collaborated with CAA to create a memorable evening celebrating Oscar nominees and A list clients who were gathered ahead of Hollywood’s biggest night.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
BMF concepted and designed the exclusive party to be held at the exclusive member’s club San Vicente Bungalows. Due to weather, BMF reworked design and production to accommodate a last minute change of venue to Sunset Tower Hotel the week of the event. Entertainment for the evening was secured by BMF with dancers, a string quartet and live karaoke band that kept the party going all night.
