OBJECTIVE

Grow awareness and market share in the U.S. among consumer and industry press by positioning Aer Lingus as the leading value carrier across the North Atlantic. Highlight new and existing gateways, fare sales and news to drive travel via Dublin as the ideal way to connect to a broad array of European destinations.


ABOUT THE PROJECT

To increase U.S. bookings to Europe we conducted targeted outreach to a tailored network of consumer press highlighting fare sales, convenient connections, and travel packages that we assisted in creating, in addition to arranging for press to travel on the airline for a first hand experience.  

Additionally we leveraged key company executives for trade media coverage including the airline’s rebrand, new livery and general news announcements and opportunities for expert commentary. 

At the end of the first year of our relationship the airline had broken their record for North Atlantic travelers.
